Il B&B Al Ducale è il posto ideale x pernottare nel cuore del centro storico di Parma ed in particolare nel quartiere dell'Oltretorrente. L'organizzazione del proprietario è impeccabile nonchè la sua gentilezza ed ospitalità. Ambienti dall'atmosfera caratteristica e molto puliti. Direi decisamente consigliato! Great stay experience. The B&B Al Ducale is the ideal place to stay overnight in the heart of the historic center of Parma and in particular in the Oltretorrente district. The owner's organization is impeccable as well as his kindness and hospitality. Environments with a characteristic atmosphere and very clean. I would say definitely recommended!
s	stefania Vicino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Darle una stella è fin troppo, luogo sito nella parte storia di Parma e questo potrebbe essere un bene, peccato che sotto il bed and Breakfast c'è un ritrovo di senza tetto che mangiano e fanno baccano, l albergatore al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto subito chiedendoci il conto.... Poi abbiamo capito perché.... La pulizia non esiste , " causa Covid " non viene fatto nessun tipo di pulizia nelle camere.... Gli asciugamani sono bucati la polvere regna ovunque ,le prese non sono a norma il letto non commento, le coperte sono quelle che ad operavano i militari (pensavo non più esistenti) luogo da dimenticare e da non consigliare Giving her a star is too much, a place located in the historical part of Parma and this could be good, too bad that under the bed and breakfast there is a meeting of homeless people who eat and make a din, the hotelier welcomed us on our arrival immediately asking us the bill .... L’host è stato molto gentile, attento alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Ci tornerei volentieri! Very nice and tastefully furnished house, a few steps from the beating heart of the city. A street characterized by pretty buildings. The host was very kind, attentive to the needs of their guests. I would stay there again!

Letti a molle con molla che spinge nella schiena e curvatura impressionante quando stesi. Camera minuscola e bagno con porta asciugamano horror. Assenza del WiFi e il cell non prende in nessun punto. Non aggiungo altro. Mi dispiace ma non si trattano così le persone. Due notti insonni. Male molto male. Unica nota positiva, la gentilezza del gestore. Esistono strutture migliori a prezzo più conveniente. We slept in the apartment. Not recommended. I'm sorry but that's not the way it is. Spring beds with spring that pushes into the back and impressive curvature when lying down. Tiny room and bathroom with horror towel holder. Absence of WiFi and the cell does not take at any point. La camera non pulita, i materassi del secolo scorso , gli asciugamani con i buchi ,senza parlare del bagnoschiuma messo in un flacone già usato dai clienti precedenti e senza etichetta , la colazione , si servita in camera ma di scarsa qualità la teiera sporca all interno . Quartiere poco raccomandabile . I don't usually write bad reviews because I always prefer to talk to the manager if something is wrong but in this B&B I would have to speak for the whole stay. The room not clean, the mattresses of the last century, the towels with holes, not to mention the bubble bath put in a bottle already used by previous customers and without a label, the breakfast was served in the room but of poor quality the dirty teapot inside . Bad neighborhood.

Ad un tiro di schioppo dal centro, in una zona piena di locali etno. Lo raccomando? Very nice and helpful owner, breakfast not bad. With 5 € more it is possible to park in the area. Clean and comfortable rooms. A stone's throw from the center, in an area full of ethno clubs. I recommend it?

La stanza ti dà un senso immediato di accoglienza, semplicità e colori caldi uniti ad una illuminazione non abbagliante ti mettono a tuo agio immediatamente. Se cercate la luna non è ovviamente il posto per voi.... Ma la luna spesso e volentieri non la si trova mai... Lo consiglio, in questo periodo poi è ancora più magica l'atmosfera. Consiglio di viaggiare in treno, onde evitare possibili... Fastidi con Ztl o altro. Cordialità e simpatia del proprietario confezionano al meglio la location. Dovrete prenotare la colazione sia per ciò che volete consumare e sia per l'orario del ricevimento alla camera. La camera si lascia al massimo per le ore 10.30. C'è la possibilità, chiedendo al proprietario, di lasciare borse /valigie in custodia per poter effettuare un giro in città. Nice B&B located near the center of Parma.
