★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il b&b si presenta in centro a Trieste, praticamente in una delle vie più belle della città... Si trova in un palazzo "antico" ma appena si entra nella hall si capisce che è di recente sistemazione... Le camere sono molto belle, nuove, pulite e con tutti i comfort di cui si può godere... La colazione è semplice (ricordatevi che sono le cose semplici le migliori!) quindi con latte, caffè, thè e brioches, biscotti, cereali con nutelline e marmellate... Il prezzo vale assolutamente la pena visto tutto ciò che ho elencato! Nulla da dire se non che consiglio assolutamente questo b&b anche per la cordialità ricevuta dal proprietario, sebbene contattato solo telefonicamente...
 The b & b is located in the center of Trieste, practically in one of the most beautiful streets of the city ... It is located in an "ancient" building but as soon as you enter the hall you understand that it has recently been set up ... The rooms are very nice , new, clean and with all the comforts you can enjoy ... Breakfast is simple (remember that simple things are the best!) then with milk, coffee, tea and croissants, biscuits, cereals with nutelline and jams. .. The price is absolutely worth considering everything I have listed! Nothing to say except that I absolutely recommend this b & b also for the friendliness received from the owner, although only contacted by phone ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B&B nel centro di Trieste in un palazzo storico con ascensore. Il B&B è nuovo, pulitissimo la stanza ha il bagno in camera. Il prezzo è un vero affare per la zona in cui si trova ed è molto basso. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Fantastico il self check-in che mi ha dato la libertà di entrare a piacimento. Il proprietario è molto simpatico e disponibilissimo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente
B&B in the center of Trieste in a historic building with lift. The B&B is new, very clean, the room has an ensuite bathroom. The price is a real bargain for the area in which it is located and is very low. Breakfast included in the price. Fantastic self check-in that gave me the freedom to enter at will. The owner is very nice and extremely helpful. I will definitely go back

die Zimmer liegen im dritten Stock in einer Wohnung,
das italienische Frühstück kann man sich in einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit drei Zweiertischen selbst zubereiten,
im Erdgeschoss kann man Wurst, Käse und anderes kaufen
es gibt keine Rezeption, alles wird über WhatsApp geregelt,
der Fernseher empfängt keine deutschen Sender

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione eccellente in pieno centro città. Massimiliano disponibile e molto gentile. Istruzioni molto chiare. Stanza pulita sebbene mancasse un frigo x mettere acqua in fresco in piena estate. Colazione Basic ma a pochi passi ci sono degli ottimi bar volendo. Certamente ci tornerò ogni volta che andrò a Trieste. Grazie Massimiliano.
Excellent location in the city center. Massimiliano available and very kind. Very clear instructions. Clean room although lacking a fridge to cool water in midsummer. Basic breakfast but within walking distance there are some great bars if you want. I will certainly go back every time I go to Trieste. Thanks Massimiliano.
