Great place, near the historic center and very close to the beach. Room very clean and maintained, with a balcony to enjoy, also has its own parking and very friendly and smiling peesonas. Great to spend a day or more in Cefalu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben diese FW ohne Verpflegung über Wolters Reisen bei Gestion Immobiliari gebucht und können die bisherigen Bewertungen leider nicht bestätigen. Die haben anscheinend nur FW im EG mit dem Nachbarhaus direkt vor der Nase, sehr dunkel, alt und geschmacklos eingerichtet und das Bett ist eine Zumutung. Wir mussten auf das Klappsofa in der Küche inkl. der Matratze aus dem Bett umziehen, um überhaupt etwas Komfort zu haben. Die Matratze war so extrem dünn und hart und statt eines Lattenrostes gab es nur Holzlatten. Wenn die Nachbarn den Wasserhahn aufgedreht haben, dachte man es läuft ein Wasserfall durch's Schlafzimmer und man verstand jedes Wort. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls alt, billigst und es ist weder Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle oder Toaster vorhanden. Durch die großen Abluftlöcher in der Wand kommen laufend Mücken rein. Von der Vermietung kam auf SMSen keine Antwort. Pluspunkte sind die Lage direkt in Strand- und Zentrumsnähe, sowie der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt im Hof. Strandtipp: ein gutes Stück nach links laufen, da wird es leerer und die Liegen sind günstiger.
We have booked this apartment without food on Wolters travel at Gestion Immobiliari and unfortunately can not confirm the previous reviews. The apparently only FW in the EC with the neighboring house right in front of the nose, very dark, old and tasteless and the bed is an impertinence. We had to move to the folding sofa in the kitchen including the mattress from the bed to have even a little comfort. The mattress was so extremely thin and hard and instead of a slatted frame there were only wooden slats. When the neighbors turned on the faucet, they thought a waterfall was running through the bedroom and they understood every word. The kitchen equipment is also old, cheapest and there is no kettle, microwave or toaster available. Through the large exhaust holes in the wall mosquitoes come in constantly. From the rental came to SMSen no answer. Pluses are the location directly in the beach and the center, as well as the free parking directly in the yard. Beach tip: walk a good way to the left, as it gets emptier and the beach chairs are cheaper.

An excellent structure from all points of view, it is managed by extremely polite and friendly people, it is comfortable, it is nice and it is in a great location. In fact, it is located a stone's throw from the sea and a few minutes from the center. I highly recommend it.
