Ellos estan atentos a cada detalle pero creo que lo más importante a destacar es que apenas llegados Francesco se tomo el tiempo de explicarnos la ciudad, sus lugares, sus recomendaciones. Los cuartos modernos, impecables y el desayuno buenísimo, nos preguntaron el día antes que queríamos para desayunar (salado, dulce, frutas, dulces típicos de Sicilia). Excellent! Francesco and his wife are excellent hosts. After having traveled a week in Sicily, this has been the best place. They are attentive to every detail but I think the most important thing to note is that when we arrived Francesco took the time to explain the city, its places, its recommendations. The modern rooms, impeccable and the great breakfast, asked us the day before that we wanted to have breakfast (salty, sweet, fruits, typical sweets of Sicily).

El B&B esta súper nuevo, moderno, limpio, con muy buen gusto y una vista hermosa desde tu cuarto o la cocina ? Francesco el dueño es quien te prepara el desayuno dulce o salado a tu preferencia con productos de muy buena calidad. Él es muy amable y se preocupa por el estar en cada detalle para que te sientas a gusto. Te recomienda los mejores lugares para conocer y comer. Es un excelente anfitrión ? Palermo es un lugar que me sorprendió gratamente y cerca tienes muchos lugares para ir y volver en el día. Sin dudas volvería a Attico 33 y a Palermo ♥️ It is located in a beautiful area of Palermo, three blocks from the Politeama, you can walk to almost all points of interest and Zone is super safe. The B & B is super new, modern, clean, with very good taste and a beautiful view from your room or the kitchen ? Francesco the owner is the one who prepares the sweet or salty breakfast to your preference with products of very good quality. He is very kind and cares about being in every detail so that you feel at ease. It recommends the best places to meet and eat. He is an excellent host ? Palermo is a place that I was pleasantly surprised and close you have many places to go and return in the day. I would definitely go back to Attico 33 and Palermo ♥ ️

Ma a fare la differenza con le strutture tradizionali ci pensa Francesco che ti accoglie più come un amico che come un ospite. Di buon mattino, prima di accompagnare sua figlia all’asilo, va in un ottimo forno e torna con cassate e cannoli appena riempiti pronti per la tua prima colazione. Amichevole, senza invadenza, è pronto anche a illuminarti sul passato ricco e complesso di Palermo come a consigliarti saggiamente sullo street food in cui ti imbatterai ai mercati. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare! Giampiero e Marinella di Merano e la loro amica di Düsseldorf Brigitte The house is located in a residential neighborhood a few steps from the Teatro Massimo with impeccably maintained rooms and services. But what makes the difference with the traditional structures is Francesco who welcomes you more as a friend than a guest. Early in the morning, before taking his daughter to kindergarten, he goes to an excellent oven and comes back with freshly filled cassata and cannoli ready for your breakfast. Friendly, without intrusiveness, he is also ready to enlighten you on Palermo's rich and complex past as well as to wisely advise you on the street food you will come across at the markets. To get 5 star you have to do everything right, from the building entrance, mattress firmness, location, quality of shampoo and soap, mini bar, recommendation they make, and more. These guys deserve the 5 star and worked hard for it. Two suggestions: two wine glasses and chair in the balcony.
