Stefania, la proprietaria molto carina e disponibile. Le camere favolose, arredate con gusto come tutto il B&B; anche la colazione non è da meno, ricca ed abbondante! Ci torneremo sicuramente :) We stayed one night at the B&B 7B.A.C.I located in a historic neighborhood full of characteristic cafes / restaurants. Stefania, the very nice and helpful owner. The fabulous rooms, tastefully furnished like the whole B&B; the breakfast is not far behind, rich and abundant! We will definitely be back :)

La proprietaria Stefania è una persona davvero capace nel suo lavoro. La struttura è situata in una via vicinissima al centro e cmq piena di occasioni per fare aperitivo e cena. Torneremo a Perugia (che è una vera bomboniera) e alloggeremo sicuramente da lei! We stayed here only one night, but that was enough to make us feel pampered. The room is spotless and furnished with a particular and very pleasant style. The owner Stefania is a truly capable person in her work. The property is located in a street very close to the center and cmq full of opportunities to have an aperitif and dinner. We will return to Perugia (which is a real wedding favor) and we will definitely stay with her!

It's beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, in a great area and in walking distance to the beautiful, historical centre of Perugia. Stefania your host is welcoming, friendly and makes the most delicious breakfasts! There are fantastic restaurants on the same street which is full of art and has a magical atmosphere. Staying at 7 Baci in beautiful Perugia is like experiencinga a little bit of heaven on earth!

The only thing I can complain about was an unstable wifi connection (likely because of thick walls between the router and my room), but everything else was absolutely fantastic. The host was so friendly and enthusiastic, the breakfast was top-notch, the location (and the view from the breakfast room) could hardly be better. I definitely want to come back here again, and stay longer than the two nights I stayed this time.

The apartment is beautifully appointed and Stefania treated us to a delightful home prepared breakfast each morning. While enjoying breakfast we chatted with a Stefania about her home town and how to enjoy its many pleasures. These pleasures start when you open the windows and take in a stunning view over the surrounding countryside. They continue with the history and culture and food of this enchanting city. Our stay at Baci 7 was a pivotal part of our enjoyment of Perugia. Thank you Stefania.

All the rooms are clean, bright and comfortable with updated bathrooms and decent size showers (hard to find in Europe!). Stefania is a terrific host and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. She even went above and beyond with helping us obtain medication from a pharmacy when my son was sick. Breakfasts were excellent as well. Highly recommend and would stay there again without question!

Cozy (nice and creative furnishing style and books of all kinds everywhere), spectacular view, fantastic breakfast with almost everything one could dream of, very friendly host. Just wonderful. One should however be aware that it's at the last floor of a building without elevator, so might not be the best option for people with reduced mobility.
