Rilievi errati, abbiamo dovuto fare lavori di muratura che al momento della posa degli infissi e delle zanzariere sono risultati inutili, pezzi mai arrivati, giorni e giorni in attesa senza avere nessun tipo di informazione e certezze. Ora dopo 2anni i problemi sono rimasti e loro ci hanno liquidato dicendo che non possono fare più nulla. Avessero FATTO qualcosa. Solo parole e niente di pratico. Cmq c'è poco da dire, solo NON AFFIDATEVI A QUESTA AZIENDA STAY AWAY FROM THEM !! ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ I agree with what Ms. Lorena wrote. We had problems immediately after payment. Wrong surveys, we had to do masonry work that at the time of the installation of the windows and mosquito nets were useless, pieces never arrived, days and days waiting without having any kind of information and certainties. Now after 2 years the problems have remained and they have liquidated us saying that they cannot do anything more. They had DONE something. Only words and nothing practical. Anyway there is little to say, just DON'T RELY ON THIS COMPANY

Millantano un prodotto di qualità, quando, poi, non sono in grado di creare una semplice zanzariera per una porta finestra (nella mia, la guida in cui scorre la zanzariera è talmente bassa che la stessa si inceppa). Ora devo cambiare la zanzariera; loro si trincerano dietro al fatto che, seguito montaggio ho firmato il documento che attesta la validità del prodotto montato; peccato che il danno si sia rivelato dopo, quindi della loro bella garanzia 10 anni, a loro dire, non posso farne nulla, senza contare che ora dichiarano che su Milano non hanno montatori perché con quello che avevano prima hanno avuto problemi. Serietà zero! AGGIORNAMENTO: seguito recensione mi hanno contattato dicendo che una recensione negativa non gli cambia la vita (non capisco perché perdere tempo a chiamarmi allora), ma si sono guardati bene dal cercare quantomeno di voler risolvere il problema. Avoid them like the plague! They boast a quality product, when, then, they are not able to create a simple mosquito net for a French door (in mine, the guide in which the mosquito net slides is so low that it jams). Now I have to change the mosquito net; they hide behind the fact that, following assembly, I signed the document certifying the validity of the assembled product; pity that the damage is revealed later, therefore of their beautiful 10-year guarantee, according to them, I can do nothing, not to mention that now they declare that they have no fitters in Milan because they had problems with what they had before. Zero seriousness! UPDATE: following review they contacted me saying that a negative review does not change their life (I don't understand why waste time calling me then), but they have been careful not to try at least to want to solve the problem.

Bad dealer bought fixtures from them they do not give after-sales assistance badly assembled fixtures with missing pieces that I had to buy out of my own pocket not recommended.
