Ho ordinato 25 stecche di noce nazionale e ne sono arrivate 16 + 9 in noce tanganica (confermato da artigiani locali) nessuna sostituzione è nessun rimborso da parte della ditta ma solo: il colore non è contestabile. Tirate voi le conclusioni.
Don't order remotely! Because if something does not arrive in compliance with the order, you only lose! I ordered 25 sticks of national walnut and 16 + 9 in Tanganyika walnut arrived (confirmed by local artisans) no replacement and no refund from the company but only: the color is not contestable. You draw conclusions.
