Il personale è cordiale, rapido, efficiente e soprattutto competente, senza fronzoli: in particolare posso parlare bene di Leonardo, che mi ha seguito personalmente dall’inizio alla fine del processo di acquisto (e permuta) di un veicolo. Al decimo giorno dal contatto iniziale mi sono state consegnate le chiavi ed ho potuto ritirare il veicolo. In sintesi, Auto Azzurra Store SRL è un concessionario che mi sento di consigliare a chiunque sia all ricerca di un veicolo nuovo (o usato, come affermato precedentemente). Mi viene chiesto di portare l’auto da loro in concessionaria per visionarla( 40km da casa ), in loco conosco il Sig. Nicolini Alberto che si prende qualche gg per darmi una quotazione. Dopo 2 giorni valuta il mio mezzo 55 mila euro senza acquisto di un’auto tramite loro, allo stesso tempo mi chiede di attendere qualche gg perché forse aveva in arrivo un’auto che avrebbe soddisfatto la mia ricerca ed in tal caso mi avrebbe trattato meglio. Morale dopo una settimana l’auto che stavo cercando non arriva, gli chiedo conferma della valutazione per il solo ritiro della mia , mi conferma 55 mila, ( io annullo una trattativa di permuta con altro concessionario) gli chiedo cortesemente di scrivermelo via mail per poi andare a consegnare l’auto, dopo 2 gg mi arriva la mail con valutazione 53 mila.
