★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li abbiamo chiamati domenica mattina e Pier, che aveva un pranzo, ci ha aspettati e accolti con grande disponibilità. Cercavamo un vino frizzante e non siamo rimasti delusi. Sia Aedo che lo spumante extra dry sono ottimi. Lo spumante extra dry, pluripremiato fra gli spumanti metodo Charmat, è clamoroso. Cantina consigliatissima, prezzi più che proporzionati alla qualità.
We called them on Sunday morning and Pier, who had a lunch, waited for us and welcomed us with great availability. We were looking for a sparkling wine and we were not disappointed. Both Aedo and extra dry sparkling wines are excellent. The extra dry sparkling wine, award-winning among the Charmat method sparkling wines, is resounding. Cellar highly recommended, prices more than proportionate to quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consigliatissimo, location bella e rilassante, cibo di ottima qualità preparato bene, personale preparato, cordiale ma mai invadente. Veramente una bella esperienza, vale la pena percorrere la strada non proprio agevole.
Highly recommended, beautiful and relaxing location, excellent quality food prepared well, trained, friendly but never intrusive staff. Truly a good experience, it is worth taking the not-so-easy road.
