A	Anna Vacchi (Castrum40055) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo spumante di Spergola Artemis è di un bel giallo caldo dei templi di Agrigento in una foto di un aprile di più di 30 anni fa , ha bollicine vivaci ed intense come quelle della scia di un aliscafo in partenza ((Ma anche di un modesto Evvinrude o Mercury 25 cavalli)), il suo profumo raffinato sa di fiori bianchi e mela verde, con un vaghissimo sentore di more di gelso e cocomero maturo al palato è fresco e armonico, con una buona persistenza, lunga più di 40 anni. Si abbina bene con i ricordi Ma anche con l'erbazzone dell'Alice e le tigelle di mia sorella. Colpisce vedersi ripresa da chi non c'è più in vacanze passate, di un 12 luglio del 1987 dimenticato eppure così vivo sullo schermo. Nell'orario blu, davanti ai colli del paese dove sono nata. Gli stessi in cui è nata la Spergola e la Cantina Bertolani. L'ambiente è caldo ed accogliente. Le terrazze danno su un panorama incantevole e invitano alla contemplazione del tramonto e ad immaginare i viaggi che verranno. B	B C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi i vini rossi, soprattutto il caverne sauvignon, ma preferendo i bianchi mi sono concentrata su quelli . Per me Artemis è ottimo da aperitivo o anche tutto pasto. Mentre il Vincent più secco e frizzante per me è meraviglioso sia come aperitivo o per festeggiare un'occasione speciale( anziché usare i soliti spumanti trentini o champagne). Tornerò sicuramente a fare scorta di vini! The red wines are excellent, especially the Sauvignon caverne, but preferring the whites I concentrated on those. For me Artemis is excellent as an aperitif or even throughout a meal. While the drier and sparkling Vincent for me is wonderful both as an aperitif or to celebrate a special occasion (instead of using the usual Trentino sparkling wines or champagne). I will definitely be back to stock up on wines!
