★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per fare una prenotazione degli analisi del sangue. 18 minuti di attesa (da non crederci), poi mi risponde la Signora dicendo "non la sento quasi per niente" e mi butta giù. La seconda volta 23 minuti di attesa. Mi dispiace per chi non può rivolgersi ad un'altra città.
 I phoned to make a blood test reservation. 18 minutes of waiting (not to be believed), then the Lady answers me saying "I don't hear her almost for nothing" and she throws me down. The second time 23 minutes of waiting. I'm sorry for those who can't turn to another city.
