El trato es muy amable y satisfactorio.
El lugar es realmente bonito.
Muy recomendable conocerlo y pasear por el.
No olvides visitar sus jardines, son pequeños pero curiosos, y puedes encontrar algunas pinturas, para obtener un recuerdo de Taormina.
In a Renaissance, medieval palace. There is the tourist information office.
The treatment is very friendly and satisfactory.
The place is really nice.
It is highly recommended to get to know it and walk through it.
Do not forget to visit its gardens, they are small but curious, and you can find some paintings, to get a souvenir of Taormina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivato domenica 30 dicembre verso le 12.45 con due amici argentini abbiamo trovato l'ufficio semplicemente CHIUSO.
Non un cartello, non una spiegazione; frotte di turisti da tutto il mondo, ed una delle città italiane più votate al turismo tiene l' ufficio del turismo CHIUSO.
Ho provato diverse volte a telefonare ma nessuna risposta, neppure una segreteria telefonica con un messaggio di spiegazione.
Avremmo avuto bisogno di una cartina, di alcune informazioni sugli orari dei mezzi pubblici, ma niente da fare...
Trovo questa situazione assolutamente deprecabile, soprattutto quando vediamo il nostro Paese scendere lentamente le classifiche dei paesi più visitati!
Arrived on Sunday 30 December around 12.45 with two Argentine friends, we found the office simply CLOSED.
Not a sign, not an explanation; crowds of tourists from all over the world, and one of the most popular Italian cities for tourism keeps the tourism office CLOSED.
I tried several times to call but no answer, not even an answering machine with an explanation message.
We would have needed a map, some information on public transport timetables, but nothing to do ...
I find this situation absolutely deplorable, especially when we see our country slowly go down the rankings of the most visited countries!
