With this company either not a good relationship or asked and applied for a boiler that stopped working from the month of May after 30 years of life, left me without hot water even though I know that there is a seriously disabled person in the family I can say shame to these illustrious characters shame shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi sento di dare neanche una stella a questa Azienda,ma devo altrimenti non mi viene accettata la recensione, per la maleducazione della persona che risponde al centralino definendosi una centralinista.
Lo sono anche io da ben 20 anni.
Svolgo il lavoro da centralinista presso un Istituto di circa 600 dipendenti tra interni, esterni e collaboratori vari e fin dal primo giorno mi è stato detto di rispondere innanzitutto con saluto, presentazione dell'istituto e qualificandomi oltre a cortesia e massima disponibilità verso chi chiama.
Ricevo telefonate dal semplice,ma non meno importante,cittadino.Dai vari ministeri e da persone disperate colpite da Covid e a nessuno di loro ho mai dimostrato maleducazione,arroganza e sbuffi.
Carissima signorina che risponde al centralino di questa Azienda se non lo sa si informi.
Il suo lavoro non si limita nel dire
" il signore che sta cercando non risponde al suo interno e non posso dargli nessun suo messaggio in quanto io sono una centralinista e non la sua segretaria"
E anche se fosse...EDUCAZIONE signorina EDUCAZIONE E CORTESIA!
I do not feel like giving even a star to this company, but I have to otherwise I will not be accepted the review, due to the rudeness of the person who answers the switchboard calling himself a switchboard operator.
I have also been for 20 years.
I work as a switchboard operator at an institute of about 600 employees including internal, external and various collaborators and from the first day I was told to respond first of all with a greeting, introduction of the institute and qualifying myself as well as courtesy and maximum availability towards those who call.
I get phone calls from the simple, but not least, citizen, from various ministries and desperate people affected by Covid and to none of them have I ever shown rudeness, arrogance and snorts.
Dear young lady who answers the switchboard of this company, if you do not know, please inform.
His work is not limited to saying
"the gentleman he is looking for does not answer his extension and I cannot give him any message as I am a receptionist and not his secretary"
And even if it were ... EDUCATION Miss EDUCATION AND COURTESY!
