F	Fulvio Cresti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiano utilizzato la AST per gli spostamenti dall'aeroporto di Trapani a Trapani con relativo ritorno, da Trapani a Segesta e ritorno, infine da Trapani a San Vito lo Capo e ritorno. Spesso non sono puntuali perché il traffico in alcune fasce orarie è caotico. Si possono sempre fare i biglietti a bordo ed il personale è collaborativo e gentile. We used the AST for travel from Trapani to Trapani with its return, from Trapani to Segesta and back, and finally from Trapani to San Vito lo Capo and back. Often they are not punctual because the traffic in some time slots is chaotic. Tickets can always be made on board and the staff are cooperative and kind.

L'operatore mi conferma l'orario (anche sul sito web risultava esistente) non riuscendo a spiegare il ritardo. Ho atteso fino alle ore 10e30 l'arrivo della corsa successiva. Sul bus ho appreso che la corsa delle 9e30 è stata soppressa. Complimenti all'operatore AST ed all'amministratore del sito web After waiting 20 minutes for the 9.30 am bus (capable / palermo) I contact the AST by phone for news. Il bus delle 18:30, non è mai arrivato, ho dovuto prendere quello delle 19:30. Ovviamente questo ritardo mi ha comportato dei problemi. Chiuderei un occhio se questi ritardi fossero sporadici, ma sono praticamente la normalità! Inoltre il sito web sarebbe da sistemare. Secretariat practically impossible to contact, I waited for a bus for an hour and a half. The 6:30 pm bus never arrived, I had to take the 7:30 pm one. Obviously this delay caused me problems.
