★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È da ore che provo a contattarli telefonicamente al numero verde, per ritiro rifiuti ingombranti, nessuna risposta. Ora capisco perché Manfredonia e dintorni è sommersa di rifiuti con discariche abusive a cielo aperto. Grazie per l’ottimo servizio che offrite ai cittadini, complimenti!
I have been trying to contact the toll-free telephone number for hours, to collect bulky waste, no response. Now I understand why Manfredonia and its surroundings is flooded with waste with open illegal dumps. Thanks for the great service you offer to citizens, congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia lamentela, si rivolge all'organizzazione che non è in grado di gestire l'isola ecologica, infatti basta andare in giro (periferia e non), di Manfredonia per vedere i risultati che ottengono a non agevolare il fatto che un cittadino si perda del tempo per portare i rifiuti e non venga aiutato a risolvere eventuali intoppi. Gesrione da rivedere anche se posso capire le difficoltà, ma dall'altra parte devono ricordarsi che i cittadini pagano e non poco per questo servizio.
My complaint is addressed to the organization that is not able to manage the ecological island, in fact it is enough to go around (suburbs and not), of Manfredonia to see the results they get not to facilitate the fact that a citizen gets lost time to carry the waste and not be helped to resolve any hitches. Management to be reviewed even if I can understand the difficulties, but on the other hand they must remember that citizens pay and not a little for this service.

Non rispondono mai al telefono, la mia esperienza è stata quella di buttare il divano ormai vecchio, non rispondono al telefono una volta trovato il mezzo per trasportare il divano tramite un amico fanno anche storie una volta portato al centro ASE , che servizio è questo??? Una vergogna totale ma chi li ha messi questi a lavorare, educazione e rispetto 0. Voglio vedere chi non ha un veicolo per trasportare mobili o robe varie, come deve fare??? Vergognatevi questa è Manfredonia.
A shame. They never answer the phone, my experience was to throw away the now old sofa, they don't answer the phone once they find the means to transport the sofa through a friend they also make a fuss once brought to the ASE center, what service is this? ?? A total shame but who put these to work, education and respect 0. I want to see who does not have a vehicle to transport furniture or various things, how should they do ??? Shame on you this is Manfredonia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è possibile che dobbiamo chiamare ogni settimana( minimo 2 volte a settimana) per essere svuotati i mastelli dell'umido, indifferenziato o come è capitato alcune volte addirittura la plastica che appendiamo ai cancelli altrimenti i gatti rompono le buste, da precisare che ci hanno consigliato di appendere vicino i cancelli anche i mastelli così li vedono MEGLIO!!
C'è da dire che quando provi a chiamare hanno il telefono non attaccato, oppure se chiami hanno talmente da fare che non rispondono,e se dovessi avere fortuna di una risposta dopo 1 ora di tentativi sono anche seccati di sentire che ancora una volta non hanno svuotato il mastello, assurdo!!!
E paghiamo l'immondizia (per il sevizio che non abbiamo!!) quanto Milano a momenti!!!!
VERGOGNATEVI!!!!!
Mettete gente più competete a rispondere al telefono e soprattutto netturbini attenti e ligi al proprio lavoro e anche più educati!!!!
Comunque è una VERGOGNA!!!!
It is not possible that we have to call every week (at least 2 times a week) to be emptied the tubs of the wet, undifferentiated or as it happened sometimes even the plastic that we hang on the gates otherwise the cats break the bags, to specify that we have recommended to hang the tubs near the gates so they see them BETTER !!
It must be said that when you try to call they have the phone not attached, or if you call they have so much to do that they do not answer, and if you are lucky enough to get an answer after 1 hour of trying they are also annoyed to hear that once again they do not answer. they emptied the tub, absurd !!!
And we pay the garbage (for the service we don't have !!) as much as Milan in moments !!!!
SHAME ON YOU!!!!!
Put more people competing to answer the phone and above all garbage collectors who are attentive and loyal to their work and even more polite !!!!
However it is a SHAME !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma che vergogna nn è possibile che sono due mesi che chiamo ogni giorno, e ovviamente nn rispondono mai poi quando rispondono dicono "ti mettiamo in lista e ti riciamiamo noi" , gli abbiamo più sentiti?. No io ho un divano pericoloso in casa vivo in una casa molto piccola ed ho un bambino che sta iniziando a camminare un po' di comprensione vergognatevi!!!!
But what a shame it is not possible that I have been calling every day for two months, and of course they never answer then when they answer they say "we will put you on the list and we will remember you", have we heard from them more ?. No I have a dangerous sofa in the house I live in a very small house and I have a child who is starting to walk a little understanding be ashamed !!!!
