★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contatti telefonici per informazioni dove si ascolta il telefono squillare per ore. Ogni tanto qualcuno risponde ma solo per inoltrare la chiamata ad altri che non risponderanno mai. Nessuno che dica altro che "asrem"....poi il vuoto...Servizio da vergogna. Peggio del 3' mondo...che tristezza!
 Telephone contacts for information where you listen to the phone ring for hours. Sometimes someone answers but only to forward the call to others who will never answer. No one who says anything other than "asrem" .... then the emptiness ... Service to shame. Worse than the 3rd world ... how sad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducatissimo, questa mattina ho chiamato per avere informazioni sulla procedura da seguire per quanto riguarda il Covid-19, mi ha risposto una donna isterica e per niente professionale che mi ha urlato addosso ancora prima che finissi di parlare e spiegare di cosa avessi bisogno, poi mi ha dettato nervosamente un numero di telefono che risulta inattivo. Le ho consigliato di prendere una camomilla, ma credo che abbia bisogno di un TSO. Sono dispaciuta di nn averle chiesto nome e cognome xchè merita di essere denunciata ed allontanata da un luogo di lavoro e da una mansione di cui nn sa occuparsi.
Rude staff, this morning I called to get information on the procedure to follow regarding Covid-19, I was answered by a hysterical and not at all professional woman who yelled at me even before I finished talking and explain what I needed, then he nervously dictated a phone number to me that is inactive. I advised her to take a chamomile tea, but I think she needs a TSO. I'm sorry I didn't ask for your name and surname because she deserves to be denounced and removed from a workplace and a job she doesn't know how to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ File interminabili di ore,con 1-2 sportelli aperti e personale incompetente! X errori loro spesso nn mi hanno potuto visitare xké la registrazione ricetta e prenotazioni erano sbagliati.vergogna molisana!!!
Endless lines of hours, with 1-2 counters open and incompetent staff! X mistakes them often nn I have been able to visit xké the recipe registration and reservations were wrong. Molise shame !!!

Always the same story, the switchboard is called, the desired extension passes you without anyone answering and you stay there for minutes waiting ? for nothing so no one answers.

Per parlare con un ufficio, a parte la cafonaggine quando ti rispondono al telefono, manco se stessi disturbando i grandi lavoratori,
mezz'ora di musica per poi chiudere la chiamata.
FATE SCHIFO!!

As noted from the other reviews, no one answers the phone except the switchboard that makes calls to offices where probably no one works. I would say something is wrong, when will they want to take action? Who can tell
