In emergenza o solo se il problema si discosta di poco dalla routine si rischia anche la vita. Non mancano casi di eccellenza ma sono sporadici e mal coordinati. Punterei su coordinamento più efficace, progressione carriera legata anche ai risultati ottenuti e non su quante prestazioni fatte (valuterei quanti risultati sono stati veramente efficaci). Sistema troppo politicizzato e clientelare. (l'intramoenia si ottiene all'istante, il pubblico dopo svariati mesi). Ci sono ottime potenzialità di alcuni professionisti seri che vivono all'ombra di un sistema burocrate e gerarchico. Provare per credere... Inefficient in many departments. Long waiting lists (some as records). Poor professionalism and experience linked only to everyday life. In an emergency or only if the problem deviates little from the routine, you risk your life too. There is no lack of excellent cases but they are sporadic and poorly coordinated. I would focus on more effective coordination, career progression also linked to the results obtained and not on how many performances made (I would estimate how many results were really effective). System too politicized and patronage. (intramoenia is obtained instantly, the public after several months). There are excellent potentials of some serious professionals who live in the shadow of a bureaucratic and hierarchical system. Seeing is believing...
D	Domenico Gagliardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono lamentato lo scorso anno col direttore per l'assenza di umanità da parte di un'infermiera del reparto di ginecologia dell'ospedale che, pur in presenza di donne che sono in travaglio o che hanno il neonato al fianco del letto e non possono alzarsi, non ha permesso alle mamme delle partorienti di assistere sia le figlie che i neonati adducendo come scusa, l'orario di entrata e quindi, con molta crudeltà, ha lasciato che i neonati piangessero e che le partorienti non abbiano l'assistenza della loro madre. Ci vorrebbe un corso di umanità!!!!
