★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizi migliorabili sopratutto negli uffici che si occupano di ausili agli invalidi, dove la documentazione occorrente per riceverli viene fornita a rate e quindi ciò che si potrebbe risolvere in un giorno ne richiede almeno tre.
 Services that can be improved especially in the offices that deal with aids to the disabled, where the documentation needed to receive them is provided in installments and therefore what could be resolved in a day requires at least three.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come in TUTTE le strutture sanitarie pubbliche
1) NESSUN MEDICO si presenta al paziente... È una consuetudine di una maleducazione unica,secondo me...INTOLLERABILE!!!
2) Come al solito,le visite sono sempre sbrigative.
3) I medici, come in altre strutture pubbliche di altre parti d'Italia,danno tutto per scontato e ci prendono per ignorant. In più, non spiegano quasi mai ESAURIENTEMENTE:
A) la patologia del paziente
B) in cosa consiste la terapia, se è necessaria
As in ALL public health facilities
1) NO DOCTOR comes to the patient ... It is a custom of a unique rudeness, in my opinion ... INTOLERABLE !!!
2) As usual, visits are always hasty.
3) Doctors, as in other public facilities in other parts of Italy, take everything for granted and take us for ignorant. Plus, they almost never FULLY explain:
A) the patient's pathology
B) what the therapy consists of, if it is necessary

Aids office impossible to find on the phone and e-mails take days ... when they arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio davvero scadente, non rispondono mai al telefono e quando lo fanno sono davvero maleducati.
Sicuramente ci saranno tanti altri dipendenti di quest’ASL gentili e cordiali ma evidentemente non sono quelli che si interfacciano con il pubblico.
Really poor service, they never answer the phone and when they do they are really rude.
Surely there will be many other kind and cordial employees of this ASL but obviously they are not those who interface with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono una banda di cialtroni non rispondono quasi mai e quella rarissima volta che lo fanno rispondono in modo maleducato supponente ed arrogante...come gran parte dei parassiti dipendenti pubblici non meritano nemmeno quella stella che ho forzatamente messo per poter pubblicare.
they are a band of scoundrels they almost never answer and that very rare time they answer in a rude opinionated and arrogant way ... like most of the public dependent parasites they do not even deserve that star that I forcibly put in to be able to publish.
