Very long waiting times, the situation is really heavy. To get a vaccine you have to get up at dawn. Hope the service gets better soon!

Come se chi va in questi uffici non avesse niente di meglio da fare , che DISTURBARE . Che vergogna.
Open every other day and nobody knows how to give answers to important info requests, in fact we are told to go to the carabinieri to complain.
As if those who go to these offices had nothing better to do, than to DISTURB. What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una vergogna ,non rispondono mai al tel.o lo mettono fuori posto,per poter prenotare un vaccino per neonatl visto che siamo in stato di emergenza dovrebbero essere più operativi telefonicamente.
It is a shame, they never answer the phone or put it out of place, in order to book a vaccine for neonatl since we are in an emergency they should be more operational by phone.
