★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pomeriggio di giovedì, attesa di oltre 30 minuti fuori il portone chiuso, con me altra gente, sul cartello apposto sul portone vi è scritto "ricevimento pomeridiano martedì e giovedì ore 15:30- 17:30". Un passante ci informa che il giovedì pomeriggio non fanno ricevimento!!!! Vergognoso, noi al freddo ad aspettare fuori senza avere il buon senso di informare gli utenti del cambiamento!!
