Mi hanno detto, venga lunedì dalle 9:30 alle 11:00 "passaggio diretto" . Io dunque vorrei sapere cosa s'intende per passaggio diretto, quando sono arrivata mi hanno dato il numero e ho dovuto aspettare quaranta minuti in mezzo alla strada con almeno altre 20 persone. Praticamente sono vietati gli assembramenti solo al primo piano, davanti all'entrata va bene tutto. E comunque non ho capito perché ho dovuto fare due volte la fila per la stessa richiesta medica. Personale inqualificabile, gestione pratiche vergognosa, disorganizzazione totale, che paghiamo noi cittadini oltretutto. Se ci fosse stato verso,avrei messo zero stelle. Vergognatevi e abbiate rispetto per le persone! E' andato a questo distretto con i documenti di entrambe le vaccinazioni, spiegando esattamente come stavano le cose. Ha ricevuto il greenpass ma ieri, che doveva ripartire per la Germania, non l'hanno fatto imbarcare sull'aereo perché non gli era stato registrata la prima dose, e quindi ne risulta solo una, quella fatta in Italia. Perso l'aereo, sono dovuta tornare a prenderlo a Pisa perché a quel punto non poteva salire in nessun mezzo per tornare a casa, fatto un tampone e riprenotato altro aereo perché deve assolutamente tornare a Berlino. Ancora non abbiamo notizie, al telefono non rispondono, e bisogna prendere un altro giorno di ferie per andare da loro e sentire che cosa hanno combinato. Davvero INCOMMENTABILI!!! C'è un ragazzo che neanche si degna a ricambiare il saluto, chiedo informazioni a lui e mi risponde che lui fa solo fotocopie. Aspetto qualche minuto ma il deserto. Per telefono è inutile perché non rispondono mai. Io vi manderei a lavorare per davvero, in fabbrica. Siete lì a prendere lo stipendio da me pagato con le tasse per fare il niente. Vergognatevi. Devo dire che ero un po’ preoccupata avendo letto le recensione e le valutazione date a questa sede. La mia esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. La gentilissima Sig.ra Finizio mi ha spiegato come funziona la green pass e cosa avrei dovuto fare per attivarla in modo semplice e chiaro. Grazie ancora per l’eccellente servizio I went to the ASL of via Giubilei to apply for the Green Pass since I live abroad and could not do it online.
