★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fila molto lunga con persone ammassate all'ingresso. È presente il distributore di numeri ma non un display per visualizzare il numero corrente (i presenti si arrangiano come possono). Parcheggio piccolo e scomodo, ma sopratutto discesa di accesso molto ripida e difficoltosa per gli anziani, spesso i maggiori fruitori di questo servizio. Inoltre basso rateo di persone servite (15/20 l'ora) e necessità di portarsi eventuali fotocopie da casa. Servizio totalmente inadeguato.
Very long line with people crowded at the entrance. There is a distributor of numbers but not a display to show the current number (those present arrange themselves as they can). Small and uncomfortable parking, but above all a very steep and difficult access descent for the elderly, often the main users of this service. Also low rate of people served (15/20 per hour) and the need to bring any photocopies from home. Totally inadequate service.
