★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver atteso per due ore, per una semplice informazione, mi dicono che per prenotare bisogna tornare dopo una settimana perché la segretaria non c'è!!! La sostituisci...la gente malata ha bisogno di un servizio efficiente, e veloce, non serve far fisioterapia dopo mesi dal trauma...per me il centro è KO, in due ore ho visto solo gente che usciva innervosita per l'assenza di una persona che non viene sostituita da mesi!!! Rivolgendomi ai dirigenti, chiedo di fare quanto in vostro potere per migliorare i servizi offerti dalla struttura, servizi di vitale importanza per tutti noi.
After waiting for two hours, for simple information, they tell me that to book you have to come back after a week because the secretary is not there !!! You replace it ... sick people need an efficient and fast service, you don't need to do physiotherapy after months of trauma ... for me the center is KO, in two hours I only saw people who came out nervous because of the absence of a person who has not been replaced for months !!! Turning to the managers, I ask you to do everything in your power to improve the services offered by the structure, services of vital importance for all of us.
