★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho molte occasioni di recarmi presso la ASL ma la scorsa settimana, in occasione di una mia visita ho rilevato un'efficienza, una professionalità ed una gentilezza che raramente si trovano negli enti pubblici. Grazie mille, la professionalità si acquisisce, la gentilezza é innata.
 I do not have many opportunities to go to the ASL but last week, on the occasion of my visit I found an efficiency, professionalism and kindness that are rarely found in public bodies. Thank you very much, professionalism is acquired, kindness is innate.

Ho fatto terapia per la riabilitazione del ginocchio destro a seguito di operazione al menisco. Cortesia ed efficienza. Sono stato molto soddisfatto In particolare voglio ringraziare il Fisioterapista Dr Davide Isola efficiente professionale oltre che cordiale e simpatico. Tutto perfetto. Grazie.
My experience refers in particular to the Physiotherapy department. Everything in order, clean efficient. I did therapy for the rehabilitation of the right knee following a meniscus operation. Courtesy and efficiency. I was very satisfied. In particular I want to thank the Physiotherapist Dr Davide Isola, efficient professional as well as friendly and nice. All perfect. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza alla vaccinazione dei miei nipoti due gemellini di 4 mesi ....seppur vaccinate covid e con green pass.... e nonostante sia consentino un genitore a bambino....ho dovuto aspettare all ingresso...! Ma allora la mia doppia vaccinazione e il mio green pass a che servono..????? Ci stanno i regolamenti ma a volte bisogna contestualizzare!!!!!

Bad experience vaccinating my grandchildren two 4 month old twins .... even if vaccinated covid and with green pass .... and despite allowing one parent per child .... I had to wait at the entrance ...! But then my double vaccination and my green pass what are they for .. ????? There are regulations but sometimes you have to contextualize !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il dovuto rispetto, oggi "scopro" che per l'Amministrazione dell'ASL 4^ Chiavarese (finanche, presumo, del sovraordinato servizio sanitario regionale) - la Germania non fa parte dell'Europa, ma di un altro continente; Dopo E mail con l'allegata, e richiesta, documentazione, una decina di telefonate, (con Personale del "centralino" che pare, sul tema,"disorientato", e altro, presso l'Ufficio competente (per telefono, non sono mai riuscito a capire con quale denominazione), irraggiungibile (ammesso che ci sia uno/a incaricato/a), colloqui diretti presso gli Uffici (dell'ospedale di Rapallo, in occasione della vaccinazione), con Personale, peraltro, sempre disponibile - non sono ancora riusciti a "caricare" sul sistema informatico, la vaccinazione Johonson iniettata a mio Figlio in terra tedesca; Fatta dunque il 28 c.m. la dose di "moderna", gli risulta, pertanto, (anche al MInistero della Salute), ancora come la prima e unica, (nonostante l'annotazione - anche a mano - posta dagli "Incaricati" sul certificato: terza dose); Invero, ottime invece le "prestazioni" inerenti la procedura ordinaria, sia per accertare la positività di un congiunto sia quella, relativo alla gestione dei correlati isolamenti domiciliari, dei parenti "a contatto".

ieri 22/11 mi telefonano (ultima mail qualcuno l'ha letta "alleluia")poche parole ho il referto....quindi tel.a gennaio per appuntamento a novembre primi novembre esame fine novembre referto questi i miei tempi x la prevenzione....in bocca al lupo....???
Exam done ...... given a thousand sheets, pin1 is missing, result, no online report .....

yesterday 22/11 they call me (last email someone read "hallelujah") few words I have the report .... then tel.a January for an appointment in November early November exam end of November report these my times x prevention. ... good luck .... ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time getting my Tessera Sanitaria in Italy. Getting to the Anagrafe Sanitaria building was a little bit tricky but a staff member helped me get ther.
I got to the building (Ingresso Distreto 15, 2nd floor) 10 minutes before my appointment, and was called a minute later after arriving.
The girl who took my personal data was very nice and got out in less than 10 minutes with a printed Tessera at hand.
Very good experience overall
