L'operazione, che potrebbe essere anche perfezionata on line, purtroppo ha problematiche tecniche che non la rendono gestibile dal proprio PC. Due ore e mezzo di fila per il cambio del medico di famiglia non mi sembrano tempi compatibili con un servizio degno di un paese civile...
