★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con le tariffe di TARI che paghiamo dovrebbero stenderci la guida rossa dove camminiamo invece...la mano destra non sa quello che fa la mano sinistra e, il cervello che dovrebbe condannarlo e dirigerle, sta perennemente in ferie!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piacerebbe sapere perché quando ritirino l' indifferenziata non prendono i sacchi neri messi vicino al bidone condominiale. Non mi sembra una procedura giusta, o fanno fatica a prenderli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per condividere la mia esperienza con APM dovrei riscrivere l'Inferno di Dante. Un susseguirsi di gironi infernali dalla totale assenza di programmazione, all'arroganza dei vertici, alle tariffe assurde. Pensare che a Trento una famiglia di 6 persone paga 250€ e a Monterotondo 700. Purtroppo queste persone stanno lí non per meriti professionali ma per amicizie politiche. Ed il risultato si vede!
to share my experience with APM I would have to rewrite Dante's Inferno. A succession of hellish circles from the total absence of programming, to the arrogance of the top management, to the absurd rates. To think that in Trento a family of 6 pays € 250 and in Monterotondo 700. Unfortunately these people are there not for professional merits but for political friendships. And the result shows!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sito web non è molto complicato da utilizzare per le prenotazioni. Certo va approfondito per poter utilizzare appieno quanto consentito. Il centro di raccolta è ben organizzato. Numerosi i servizi forniti dall'Azienda, valido supporto all'Amministrazione Comunale per la gestione del territorio oltre alle Farmacie ed al decoro urbano.
The website is not very complicated to use for reservations. Of course it needs to be studied in depth in order to fully use what is allowed. The collection center is well organized. Numerous services provided by the Company, valid support to the Municipal Administration for the management of the territory in addition to Pharmacies and urban decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’appuntamento è obbligatorio! Ogni giovedì sono presenti per risolvere i problemi. Al telefono personale competente e molto educato risolvono dubbi e problematiche.
The appointment is mandatory! Every Thursday they are there to solve problems. On the phone competent and very polite personnel resolve doubts and problems.
