They do not answer the phone for exactly 24h despite we have made more than 100 attempts, but I say 100, we also do 1000 since we are calling every 2 minutes ...

Ho avuto il bisogno di prolungare l'assistenza sanitaria,delegata al mio medico di base di fiducia,a mio marito,e me la sono vista negare, nonostante tutta la documentazione clinica inviata illustrasse il quadro di un paziente bisogno di assistenza .
Sia io che il mio medico di base siamo rimasti basiti.
