★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macinatura a pietra. Ben organizzati. Ho pagato meno di quanto pagavo in un altro frantoio dove il servizio non prevedeva pulitura e lavaggio. Qui le olive vengono pulite dalle foglie e (cosa molto importante) lavate prima della macinatura. Almeno i prossimi anni non passeremo ore al freddo a togliere le foglie! Inoltre adiacente al frantoio c’è anche una macelleria di produzione propria. Lo consiglio
Stone grinding. Well organized. I paid less than I paid in another oil mill where the service did not include cleaning and washing. Here the olives are cleaned from the leaves and (very importantly) washed before grinding. At least the next few years we will not spend hours in the cold removing the leaves! In addition, adjacent to the oil mill there is also a butcher's shop of its own production. I advise
