C	Claudia S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato tramite CUP una visita specialistica "a pagamento" (ALPI) presso il reparto di Ortopedia e all'orario concordato il Medico non era presente nel reparto perché a suo dire non gli era stato consegnato l'elenco delle prenotazioni dei pazienti del giorno. Diversamente, l'operatrice ALPI ha attribuito l'accadimento increscioso alla omessa consultazione da parte del Medico, della piattaforma delle prenotazioni: NON HO PAROLE!!!!! Mi sono attivata per chiedere il rimborso della somma versata, oltre a segnalare l' episodio alla Direzione Sanitaria e mi auguro che questi disservizi e disfunzioni amministrative terminino una volta per tutte. I booked through CUP a "paid" specialist visit (ALPI) at the Orthopedics ward and at the agreed time the Doctor was not present in the ward because, according to him, he had not been given the list of bookings of the patients of the day. Otherwise, the ALPI operator attributed the unfortunate incident to the Doctor's failure to consult the booking platform: I HAVE NO WORDS !!!!! I took action to request a refund of the amount paid, as well as reporting the episode to the Health Department and I hope that these inefficiencies and administrative dysfunctions will end once and for all.

Prenoto una visita a Luglio 2021 per MARZO 2022, ovviamente non a pagamento, mi contattano 3 settimane prima del giorno prefissato per conferma, ovviamente confermo; due giorni lavorativi prima della data, mi contatta una signora dell'ambulatorio, che non ha voluto dire il suo nome, dicendomi con arroganza e maleducazione che mi sarei dovuta presentare non all'orario prefissato nella richiesta ma bensì 4 ore dopo, perché, testuali parole, l'ambulatorio prima aveva cose più importanti da fare, perché la mia visita era tramite Usl e non a pagamento... dopo aver atteso 6 mesi, ho dovuto disdire, perché a 2 giorni dalla visita, lavorando in turnazione non avrei potuto chiedere un'altro turno... praticamente senza rispetto e umanità... bruttissima impressione e comportamento vergognoso. Comunque la signora col posto fisso indecente in tutti i sensi, forse bisognerebbe cambiare personale. Not being able to put 0, I am forced to put 1 star. Non ho parole...non finirò mai di ringraziare il "personale tutto" per il trattamento che mi è stato riservato... ripeto da tutti indistintamente. Un ringraziamento speciale va al Prof.Lupo e a tutto il suo staff. Purtroppo vorrei segnalare l'unica nota negativa, che nulla ha a che vedere con il reparto: la scarsissima qualità del cibo fornito dalla ditta appaltatrice. I was discharged from the Hepatobiliary Department on December 13th for a liver transplant. I have no words ... I will never stop thanking the "whole staff" for the treatment that was reserved for me ... I repeat from everyone without distinction. Special thanks go to Prof. Wolf and all his staff. Unfortunately I would like to point out the only negative note, which has nothing to do with the department: the very poor quality of the food provided by the contractor.
A	Antonella P87 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il primo maggio 2022 ho partorito al Policlinico di Bari. Si è trattato di parto gemellare spontaneo (pretermine). Da premettere che non ero "seguita" da nessun ginecologo presso il Policlinico e che mi sono trovata lì perché (in dispregio alle linee guida nazionali) il Di Venere non consentiva il ricovero di una mamma con tampone molecolare positivo (a fronte di un antigenico negativo da oltre 15 giorni). Ma credo che il destino abbia correttamente scelto per me: sin dal mio arrivo al P.S. ho trovato nel Dott. Roberto Nicoletti il mio angelo custode, che con grande professionalità e simpatia mi ha "convinta" a provare l'impresa del parto gemellare spontaneo. È stata un'esperienza a dir poco positiva, un plauso speciale alle FENOMENALI OSTETRICHE Anna Lorusso, Anna e Federica che sono state formidabili, umane, amiche, professionali! Non potrò mai ringraziare abbastanza tutte le ostetriche, i ginecologi, i neonatologi, le tirocinanti di ostetricia (giovani volti amici pronti ad un sorriso ed un incoraggiamento dietro la "mascherina"), i medici specializzandi e tutti gli operatori sanitari che in quei lunghi giorni di ricovero non mi hanno mai fatta sentire sola! GRAZIE dai gemellini FRANCESCO & EMANUELE!!! Tanta professionalità, mi permetto di dire che meriterebbe una struttura all'altezza. Sarebbero necessari interventi di ristrutturazione e ricordarsi dell'importanza del nostro sistema sanitario nazionale non solo durante le pandemie.

Risultato???? Mia MADRE è deceduta senza avere nessuna spiegazione. La colpa è del virus, con questa giustificazione hanno liquidato me e tante altre persone che hanno perso un loro caro . State facendo più vittime voi per la vostra negligenza che il virus.
