Riescono a superare, in peggio, pure Palermo...che non viaggia al "TOP" Customer support: nonexistent. Waiting times at stops: biblical. Catania and its visitors does not deserve all this. They manage to overcome, for the worse, even Palermo ... which does not travel at the "TOP"

Quando qualcuno aspetta il bus ad una qualsiasi fermata dovrebbe munirsi di tabellone elettronico portatile e di appositi segnalatori acustici, e non sarebbe nemmeno certo che il bus si fermi. Questa purtroppo è una condotta che si ripete ogni singolo giorno. Per non parlare delle corse che saltano. Si nota anche la capacità , unica nel suo genere di far materializzare gli autobus dappertutto fuorchè al capolinea. Non è ammissibile. I clienti sono anche persone che vanno a lavoro oppure a studiare. Teniatene conto. Thanks AMT for the (dis) service. When someone is waiting for the bus at any stop, they should have a portable electronic scoreboard and special sounders, and it would not even be certain that the bus will stop. Unfortunately, this is a conduct that is repeated every single day. Not to mention the jumping races. Also noteworthy is the ability, unique in its kind, to make buses materialize everywhere except at the terminus. It is not admissible. Customers are also people who go to work or to study. Take this into account.

Dopo poche fermate scende lasciandoci con un palmo di naso, praticamente SI È FREGATO I BIGLIETTI! VERGOGNA!!!! La prossima volta insisterò per farmelo restituire!!!! FATE ATTENZIONE! B	Barth Cabouat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible punctuality. We waited for the bus outside our hotel for 1 hour 30 minutes. What is the point of having time tables if you are late by 1 hour and 30 minutes ? My advice : rent a car, do not rely on AMT.
