v	voyage musik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono un inquilino Aler dal 2006 e poche volte ho avuto la necessita di visitare questa struttura, pero nel 2020 per motivi famigliari importanti ho avuto la necessita di cambiare alloggio. la mia pratica e' stata gestita dal ufficio della dott.ssa Roberta Russo alla quale faccio i complimenti perche non ostante al inizio ero un po scettico in quanto non ho mai belle esperienze con gli uffici publici o comune/regione, devo dire pero che in questo caso la mia esperienza con ALER e' stata ottima perche ho trovato professionalita, umanita e disponibilita da parte di questo ufficio nel ascoltare l'utente e risolvere le problematiche che si presentavano . Do un feedback 100% positive per la mia esperienza complessiva con questo ufficio ed in particolare alle persone con le quali mi sono interfacciato di piu che sono la dott.ssa Negrini, architetto Galeotta e signora Fontana. I am an Aler tenant since 2006 and I have had the need to visit this structure a few times, but in 2020 for important family reasons I had the need to change accommodation. my practice was managed by the office of Dr. Roberta Russo to whom I congratulate because despite the beginning I was a bit skeptical as I never have good experiences with public offices or municipality / region, I must say however that in in this case my experience with ALER was excellent because I found professionalism, humanity and availability on the part of this office in listening to the user and solving the problems that arose. I give 100% positive feedback for my overall experience with this office and in particular to the people with whom I have interfaced the most, who are Dr. Negrini, architect Galeotta and Mrs. Fontana.

Non posso mettere Zero stelle ma lo meriterebbe davvero. Luogo che nn ha umanità ne persone capaci di fare questo lavoro. Vestitevi di umiltà e cercate di capire le persone. Spero che qualcuno faccia qualcosa! Fate pena! Usual thing ... nothing to say apart from a poor official who tried to go against the system but alas she didn't succeed. I can't put Zero stars but it really deserves it. A place that has no humanity nor people capable of doing this work. Dress in humility and try to understand people. Hope someone does something! You are sorry!
V	Vito Ruggeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 mese fa abbiamo aspettato fuori su delle sedie al freddo con mia madre un ora prima di entrare in ufficio .. una dipendente è stata fuori in cortile a fumare e urlare al telefono facendosi i fatti suoi per 40 minuti di fila!!! 40 minuti!!!!Appena dentro stava litigando con altri inquilini e urlando diceva di essere addirittura una responsabile del cambio casa.. non ci credevamo!!! Ma chi li controlla questi????professionalità sotto zero!! (Erroneamente ho recensito la sede errata,mi riferisco a quella sita in VIA NEWTON!!!) 1 month ago we waited outside on chairs in the cold with my mother for an hour before entering the office .. an employee was out in the yard smoking and yelling on the phone going about her business for 40 minutes straight !!! 40 minutes !!!! As soon as she was inside she was arguing with other tenants and shouting she said she was even responsible for the house change .. we didn't believe it !!! But who controls these ???? professionalism below zero !! (I mistakenly reviewed the wrong location, I am referring to the one located in VIA NEWTON !!!)

Accoglienza quasi immediata, verifica dell'appuntamento e la cortesia nel gestire eventuali richieste. Ti accompagnano in una sala d'attesa bella ampia e da lì attendi la chiamata dell'operatore che si occupa della tua pratica. Ci ha accolto la Sig.ra D. O. con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità all'ascolto. Per noi è stata una giornata molto positiva e sono sicura che la nostra richiesta verrà accolta nei migliori dei modi. Un Grazie dal profondo del ❤️. Appointment of 12/08/21. Clean and well organized structure. Almost immediate welcome, verification of the appointment and courtesy in handling any requests. They accompany you to a nice large waiting room and from there you wait for the call of the operator who takes care of your practice. Mrs. D. O. welcomed us with such kindness and willingness to listen. It was a very positive day for us and I am sure that our request will be accepted in the best possible way. Thanks from the bottom of the ❤️.
