★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo appena assaggiato la torta di nocciole e dire che è buona è semplicemente riduttivo, perché in realtà è fantastica, perfetta, dolce al punto giusto e molto soffice. Lo stesso vale per i nashi essiccati, che conoscevamo come frutto fresco, già di per sé buonissimi, ma questi sono stati una vera sorpresa.
