★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda lo staff(OSS) diciamo che sanno rapportarsi con le persone anziane, tranne alcuni con modi di fare che lasciano desiderare. Il personale medico manca di empatia e poca disponibilità. Anche per il poco personale Oss, i pazienti non sono seguiti a dovere. Nel complesso diciamo che rispetto ad altre strutture la qualità è discreta, ma si può migliorare.
As for the staff (OSS) we say that they know how to relate to older people, except some with ways of doing that leave something to be desired. Medical staff lack empathy and limited availability. Even for the little personal Oss, patients are not followed properly. Overall we say that compared to other structures the quality is fair, but it can be improved.
