Avevo chiesto 4/5 fiori grandi e 20/25 medi per decorare la torta di compleanno di mia figlia. Bene come si può vedere dalle foto i fiori non sono arrivati assolutamente in buone condizioni e dei 4/5 fiori grandi che avevo chiesto è arrivata una rosellina che sarà stata di appena 3 cm. Ho cercato di contattarli per un rimborso ma sono spariti. Serietà zero!!! I had ordered flowers with a guarantee from them that they would arrive in good condition and that I could customize the packaging. I had asked for 4/5 large and 20/25 medium flowers to decorate my daughter's birthday cake. Well, as you can see from the photos, the flowers did not arrive in absolutely good condition and of the 4/5 large flowers that I had asked for, a small rose arrived that must have been just 3 cm. I tried to contact them for a refund but they disappeared. Zero seriousness !!!

Non ho idea di cosa accade ma rispetto a quanto ordinato mancano due articoli e uno era differente da ciò che avevo richiesto. Contatto allora l'azienda telefonicamente e vengo invitata a mandare una mail descrivendo il problema riscontrato. Mando la mail e attendo una settimana, ma non avendo risposta richiamo, e scopro così che l'indirizzo mail non era quello giusto, che però mi viene prontamente comunicato. Scrivo e il giorno seguente ottengo subito risposta. Dopodiché nel giro di un paio di giorni mi viene inviato quanto mancava e si risolve il problema. Se devo dare un giudizio, devo dire che una volta individuato il problema dell'indirizzo mail, il servizio clienti è stato cortese e disponibile oltre che rapido nel risolvere il tutto. Quindi non posso che esprimere un giudizio positivo, sull'azienda che ha prodotti veramente molto validi, e sul servizio di assistenza al cliente che ho trovato sempre molto cortese e disponibile. Quindi consiglio l'azienda Carmazzi a chi cerca come nel mio caso delle specialità a base piccante. I placed an order in July and everything was perfect. A month ago, thanks to the satisfaction from the first experience, I place a second order. I have no idea what happens but two items are missing from what I ordered and one was different from what I requested. Then I contact the company by phone and I am invited to send an email describing the problem encountered. I send the e-mail and wait a week, but having no answer, I call back, and thus I discover that the e-mail address was not the right one, which, however, is promptly communicated to me. I write and the following day I get an answer immediately. After that, within a couple of days, what was missing is sent to me and the problem is solved. If I have to give an opinion, I must say that once the problem with the email address was identified, the customer service was courteous and helpful as well as quick in resolving everything. So I can only express a positive opinion on the company that has really good products, and on the customer service that I have always found very courteous and helpful. So I recommend the Carmazzi company to those looking for spicy-based specialties as in my case.
