La ragazza che ho trovato al desk è stata brava solo a fornire la carta della città, che non è nulla di che, meglio quella del B&B. Le info e i consigli su cosa vedere le forniscono le persone in città (albergatori, ristoratori, baristi).I musei vanno prenotati tutti online altrimenti non si entra. Unfortunately I just have to define it non-existent and useless. The girl I found at the desk was only good at providing the city card, which is nothing special, better than the B&B one. The information and advice on what to see are provided by people in the city (hoteliers, restaurateurs, bartenders). Museums must all be booked online otherwise you cannot enter.
M	Mario DG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona presente è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile; purtroppo la Napoli e Campania Artecard sono difficilissime da ottenere, non esistono in formato cartaceo, ma solo digitale, anche se NESSUNO sa dare informazioni su come si possano avere, nei punti dove dovrebbero essere teoricamente in vendita. Ho telefonato due volte al numero di Musement, che gestisce la card ottenendo risposte opposte. NESSUNO sa indicare esattamente che cosa fare e dove andare per averle. Le quattro stelle sono solo per la persona presente in ufficio, che in un attimo ha chiarito e scaricato le card richieste, mentre per la gestione di Campania e Napoli Artecard ZERO ASSOLUTO. Un'indicazione sarebbe peraltro molto facile da dare e i turisti sarebbero facilitati nell'impresa; basterebbe poco. Non sono chiari neanche gli orari di apertura, ne ho trovate tre diverse versioni...complimenti, ottimo biglietto da visita per Napoli!!
