Dai salumi alla carne fresca, spettacolari!! Bovino appenninico romagnolo, mora romagnola, rustichello, pollo nostrano ed ora mangalica! Continuate così e anche meglio!!! Non basta la gentiezza per fare un buon prosciitto. Disappointment. Raw ham sold at the same price as parma, even unpleasant smell. It was not possible to taste it before. Kindness is not enough to make a good ham.
