g	giancarlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo per qualche giorno a Goriano Valli e, tra le altre cose, non ho potuto non visitare l'azienda agricola "VIGNA DI MORE" con vigneti che degradano verso i monti con coltivazione di uva nera e bianca. Ho conosciuto la simpatica Sig.ra Adriana, titolare dell'azienda, che mi ha illustrato le particolari caratteristiche dei suoi vigneti che lei cura con tutto l'amore possibile, nonostante le difficoltà di questi ultimi tempi a causa della lenta burocrazia. Mi ha parlato anche delle infinite piante di mela cotogna e di una stupenda piantagione di zafferano, quest'anno purtroppo distrutta dai cinghiali. Poi mi ha fatto assaggiare il suo Pinot, unico nella zona, fortemente conosciuta per il Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, ed un bianco non filtrato da leccarsi i baffi. Infine mi ha presentato il suo cavallo di battaglia: lo spumante SANGIUSTA METODO CLASSICO. Bhe, che dire, non volevo più andar via ma la Sig.ra Adriana aveva molto da fare e l'ho dovuta, a malincuore, salutare con tanto affetto. I am in Goriano Valli for a few days and, among other things, I could not but visit the "VIGNA DI MORE" farm with vineyards that slope down towards the mountains with cultivation of black and white grapes. I met the nice Mrs. Adriana, owner of the company, who explained to me the particular characteristics of her vineyards that you care with all the love possible, despite the difficulties of recent times due to the slow bureaucracy. He also told me about the endless plants of quince and a wonderful saffron plantation, unfortunately destroyed this year by wild boars. Then he made me taste his Pinot, unique in the area, strongly known for Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, and an unfiltered white to lick his lips. Finally he presented his workhorse: the sparkling SANGIUSTA CLASSICO METHOD. Well, what to say, I didn't want to leave anymore but Mrs. Adriana had a lot to do and I reluctantly saluted her with so much affection.

Wir waren im Sommer 2021 zu einer Weinverkostung auf diesem wunderschönen Gut eingeladen und wurden auch mit etlichen - liebevoll zubereiteten - regionalen Speisen verwöhnt. Einige Flaschen Wein haben wir natürlich als Urlaubsmitbringsel eingesackt, ein Gastgeschenk gab's obendrauf! Die herzliche Besitzerin rundet einfach alles ab, auch wenn es englisch/italienische Sprachbarrieren gab - Hand und Fuß geht schließlich immer ;) What a great experience! We say thank you again! We were invited to a wine tasting on this beautiful estate in summer 2021 and were also spoiled with a number of - lovingly prepared - regional dishes. Of course we bagged a few bottles of wine as holiday souvenirs, and there was a gift on top of that! The cordial owner just rounds everything off, even if there were English/Italian language barriers - after all, hand and foot always works ;)
