Quest'anno è uscito il nostro lolio migliore degli ultimi vent'anni. Merito delle olive ma anche grazie all'esperienza dei ragazzi del frantoio.

This year our best oil of the last twenty years has been released. Thanks to the olives, but also thanks to the experience of the guys from the mill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Pistoia andando verso Arcigliano,incontriamo un cartello con l'indicazione "VERGIOLE",una piccola strada fra il verde di un vecchio bosco collinare porta all'antico podere ,che gode di una posizione unica. Inaspettatamente ci troviamo in un piccolo paradiso,un balcone sulla pianura. Accolti da persone un po' indaffarate, ma gentilissime, possiamo visitare il luogo e scoprire aspetti molto interessanti. Intanto la struttura antica fa rivivere atmosfere settecentesche della vita rurale ,contadina e padronale,poi la volontà dei giovani di oggi di ristrutturare e creare un'attività moderna.E' nato un nuovo frantoio dove si produce olio biologico con olive esclusivamente dell'azienda,un olio molto buono da provare. Lì si produce anche lo zafferano,il miele,le confetture,con frutta del podere ed altro. Si può partecipare a cene ,sia al chiuso che all'aperto, per degustare focaccine croccanti e prodotti biologici, su ordinazione. Ad accoglierci ci sono anche dei bellissimi gatti affettuosi !
From Pistoia going towards Arcigliano, we find a sign with the indication "VERGIOLE", a small road between the green of an old hilly forest leads to the ancient farm, which enjoys a unique position. Unexpectedly we are in a small paradise, a balcony over the plain. Welcomed by people who are a bit busy, but very kind, we can visit the place and discover very interesting aspects. Meanwhile, the ancient structure revives the eighteenth-century atmospheres of rural, peasant and master life, then the will of today's youth to restructure and create a modern activity. A new mill was born where organic olive oil is produced exclusively with olives of the company, a very good oil to try. There is also produced saffron, honey, jams, fruit from the farm and more. You can participate in dinners, both indoors and outdoors, to taste crispy muffins and organic products, to order. We are greeted there are also some beautiful cats affectionate!
