Adesso scadrò nel becero però otto euro per due mozzarelle medie (di quella qualità) e due etti scarsi di ricotta mi sembrano veramente troppi. Una stella perché non posso metterne meno. Mesi addietro ne ho acquistate 6 e di queste solo una era come descritto, le altre 5 erano insipide e secche...si vedeva che non erano fresche come l'altra. Ho pensato:"sarà stato un caso"...Dato che conosco il posto ho voluto dare un'altra opportunità e stavolta ne ho comprate 4. Anche queste erano asciutte all'interno. A mio parere, le mozzarelle del supermercato che avevo comprato di recente, molto migliori. La mia compagna, dimenticando queste ultime due esperienze, Il mese scorso ne ha acquistate 5 ed anche stavolta tutte asciutte e senza sapore...Oggi ci sono passato davanti e sono stato tentato di fermarmi ma ho ricordato purtroppo le ultime esperienze...Peccato, facevano una buona mozzarella di bufala o magari anche oggi la fanno e, se si è fortunati si può trovare quella fresca come una volta ma, visto anche il costo, personalmente preferisco andare sul sicuro e le compro dai fruttivendoli dove arrivano fresche 1 volta alla settimana.
