Grazie al servizio a domicilio in questi giorni difficili ho potuto provare sia la pasta sia le loro farine e devo dire che sono proprio buone. Le farine macinate a pietra sono state una piacevole scoperta, l’unica cosa, visto che non sono raffinate, bisogna fare un po’ di esperienza nelle cotture perché essendo l’impasto ( soprattutto quello con farina integrale) un po’ più scuro è difficile vedere il punto di cottura, ma con un po’ di prove si può ottenere ottimi risultati. Il profumo e il gusto dei preparati è veramente una cosa indescrivibile... forse ci siamo troppo abituati ai preparati industriali ma questo passo indietro, sicuramente a me, ne ha fatti fare 2 in avanti scoprendo queste farine. Da migliorare la comunicazione, ma immagino che in questi giorni sia veramente difficile organizzare sia il lavoro sia le consegne, apprezzo quindi tutto quello che state facendo.
