R	Rosario Natoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'azienda Agricola Soprano di Sindaro, creata nel 2004 da Antonella Bruschetta, si trova in contrada Policarella, su una collina che domina il mare di Rodia (Me), accompagnata dallo splendido scenario delle isole Eolie. Su quasi tre ettari di terreno, dedicato maggiormente agli olivi, è stato utilizzato un pianoro di mezzo ettaro per la posa dei vitigni, seguendo il disciplinare che tutela il territorio di produzione del vino D.O.C. Faro. The Soprano di Sindaro farm, created in 2004 by Antonella Bruschetta, is located in the Policarella district, on a hill overlooking the sea of Rodia (Me), accompanied by the splendid scenery of the Aeolian islands. On almost three hectares of land, mainly dedicated to olive trees, a half-hectare plateau was used for the laying of the vines, following the disciplinary that protects the territory of production of wine D.O.C. Lighthouse.

Ho partecipato a modo mio, facendo il fotografo - da sempre la scusa migliore per evitare il duro lavoro manuale - e nonostante li conosca da poco tempo, quel giorno mi hanno fatto sentire parte della loro famiglia. Per descrivere questa esperienza non esiste citazione migliore di quella che campeggia sul sito web della loro azienda “Il miracolo del vino consiste nel rendere l’uomo ciò che non dovrebbe mai cessare di essere: amico dell’uomo” - Ernst Engel (1821 – 1896). Last Saturday I had the honor and the pleasure of participating in the harvest of the Soprano di Sindaro - Messina winery. I participated in my own way, being a photographer - always the best excuse to avoid hard manual work - and despite having only known them for a short time, that day they made me feel part of their family. To describe this experience, there is no better quote than the one that stands out on their company's website "The miracle of wine consists in making man what he should never cease to be: man's friend" - Ernst Engel (1821 - 1896 ).

La location sulla verde collina sopra Rodia, regala uno spettacolare panorama sull'arcipelago delle Eolie. É perfetto per chi fosse alla ricerca di relax, mare, escursioni, passeggiate e soprattutto per chi volesse scoprire i prodotti del territorio. Giorgia e Aldo, i due giovani proprietari, vi delizieranno al mattino con una ricca colazione. Non mancheranno i prodotti della loro terra, i dolci, i prodotti da forno, i frutti di stagione, le loro marmellate e quant'altro, il tutto presentato e raccontato con grande amore. A	Alessandra Gioioso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando arrivi a Soprano di Sindaro rimani subito incantato dal luogo, dalla pace, dal ritorno alla natura, alle tradizioni, quelle vere. La vista sul mare è oltre a quanto le parole possano descrivere. Aldo, Giorgia e la sua famiglia sono tra le persone più ospitali e cortesi che abbiamo incontrato in Sicilia. Aldo ha concentrato la sua produzione su due rossi, il Cinque Rossi e il Faro DOC 13. Attraverso il suo sguardo e i suoi racconti, si percepisce la passione per la vita in mezzo ai grappoli d’uva, traspare fin da subito il ragazzo giovane che punta a un obiettivo e lo raggiunge. Il bello di quest’azienda è che è piccola e oggi essere piccoli significa produrre qualità. Di fatti, la sera, abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare la degustazione e, non solo siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dai due vini, l’uno diverso dall’altro solo per metodologia, ma anche dal buon cibo (e tanto!) che ci hanno portato, tutte prelibatezze di una qualità estrema, grazie ad Antonella e Paolo che, dietro le quinte, in cucina, si sono impegnati tantissimo per fare in modo di farci provare la vera tradizione siciliana. Per la qualità del cibo e il forte carattere del vino, il prezzo è stato più che onesto! Alessandra e Giovanni When you arrive in Soprano di Sindaro you are immediately enchanted by the place, by the peace, by the return to nature, to the traditions, the real ones. The sea view is beyond what words can describe. Aldo, Giorgia and her family are among the most hospitable and courteous people we have met in Sicily. Aldo has concentrated his production on two reds, the Cinque Rossi and the Faro DOC 13. Through his gaze and his stories, one perceives the passion for life in the midst of the bunches of grapes, the young boy who points to a goal and achieves it. The beauty of this company is that it is small and today being small means producing quality. In fact, in the evening, we had the pleasure of trying the tasting and, not only were we pleasantly surprised by the two wines, each different from the other only in methodology, but also by the good food (and a lot!) brought, all delicacies of extreme quality, thanks to Antonella and Paolo who, behind the scenes, in the kitchen, have worked hard to make us try the true Sicilian tradition. For the quality of the food and the strong character of the wine, the price was more than fair! Una chicca a gestione familiare con prodotti della propria azienda agricola. Offrono due etichette di vino rosso provenienti dal mezzo ettaro di vigna coltivato dietro la proprietà molto interessanti e apprezzabili. Prezzi super onesti. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione all'ora del tramonto in un piccolo gruppo di amici. Abbiamo degustato i due vini rossi dell'azienda accompagnati da un capiente tagliere di salumi e formaggi, bruschette, zucchine e melanzane fritte e melanzane alla parmigiana. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Un grazie speciale ad Aldo e Giorgia, a presto! Magical place with a crazy view of the sea and the Aeolian islands. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We had a tasting at sunset time in a small group of friends. We tasted the two red wines of the company accompanied by a large platter of cold cuts and cheeses, bruschetta, zucchini and fried aubergines and aubergines parmigiana. They make some fantastic red wines to taste and served us antipasti and several other delicious plates. Would thoroughly recommend a visit if you're in the area!
