La mia fruttivendola mi ha ha fatto assaggiare queste marmellate e devo dire che non sono ottime ma di più. Tanto che ho perso la voglia di farle io in casa. I am from Genoa and I consider myself a lover of healthy and high quality food. My greengrocer made me taste these jams and I must say that they are not excellent but more. So much so that I have lost the desire to make them at home.

Erano anni che cercavo qualcosa di buono da spalmare su una fetta biscottata o un pezzo di pane. Ne ho provate diverse, bio, senza zucchero, senza pectina, con tanta frutta e che venivano da diverse regioni.. sia del nord che del sud. Ma le Sibilla di Norcia, hanno spazzato via i sapori sciapi normalmente troppo dolci e quasi sempre dai sapori "cotti" di una frutta che ormai sa di tutto, tranne che, del sapore e profumo originario. Al momento ho provato un solo gusto "frutti di bosco"... ma sono elettrizzato dal provarne altre, tra cui more, marroni, mirtilli, pere ...Le loro confetture sono ricche di frutta, della giusta consistenza (non troppo liquide, ne' inspalmabili), bilanciate di zucchero e dal sapore e dal profumo di frutta matura che vi catturerá. Provate la versione "assaggio", sono certo che farete come me.. e non vedrete l'ora di aprire il barattolo di piu' grande? If you are looking for a jam or a 10 and praise jam ... You are in the right place. For years I had been looking for something good to spread on a rusk or a piece of bread. I've tried several, bio, sugar-free, pectin-free, with lots of fruit and that came from different regions .. both from the north and the south. But the Sibyls of Norcia have swept away the scarce flavors normally too sweet and almost always the "cooked" flavors of a fruit that now knows everything, except for the original flavor and aroma. At the moment I tried only one "wild berries" taste ... but I'm thrilled to try others, including blackberries, browns, blueberries, pears ... Their jams are rich in fruit, of the right consistency (not too liquid, not 'spreadable'), balanced with sugar and flavor and scent of ripe fruit that will captivate you. Try the "taste" version, I'm sure you will do like me .. and you can't wait to open the bigger jaratt
