La varietà forse migliore (Carnaroli) è affiancata da altre famose ottime (Arborio, Baldo) ma anche da altre meno comuni ma di pari livello (Elba, Rosa Marchetti). For those who love to taste, and also to cook a superlative, excellent risotto, Riso Praino is a must! The result of each preparation is in fact considerably superior. Perhaps the best variety (Carnaroli) is flanked by other famous excellent ones (Arborio, Baldo) but also by others less common but of the same level (Elba, Rosa Marchetti).

Il riso tiene bene la cottura, il livello di ricchezza energetica si sente sia sull'effetto fisico che sul sapore, l'amido rilasciato crea una crema direi xfetta!
