Lo spezzatino era durissimo e non masticabile, mentre i pezzi di salsiccia erano vecchi e dal retrogusto vomitevole. Ho anche comprato del cacciatorino al finocchio e dello spezzatino che ho congelato. Speriamo bene. Considerando che hanno prezzi superiori nettamente ad un normale supermercato, mi sarei aspettato una qualità ECCELLENTE. Mi spiace, ma non può capitare, perché il mio denaro non era falso e soprattutto me lo guadagno. Con me avete CHIUSO!!! Iniziato con la carne di maiale, oggi fornisce carni varie e derivati tipo spiedini, involtini, arrosti, porchetta, insaccati vari, etc. di buon prezzo e di ottimo sapore. SI avvale di alcune collaboratrici brave e simpatiche sia nella preparazione che nella vendita. E' possibile acquistare sia presso la sede di produzione a Rustega di Camposampiero, sia nei mercati contadini in varie aree del padovano e del veneziano nei giorni assegnati. La differenza tra le carni di Mariagiulia e i prodotti da supermercato è enorme, spendendo di meno. Sono solito esemplificare con un caso di qualche anno fa: abbiamo acquistato un pollo al supermercato e ci abbiamo mangiato in quattro. Abbiamo acquistato mezzo pollo di Mariagiulia ed è stato sufficiente per sette! La carne rimane compatta e legata all'osso, saporita, senza calare come fanno le carni di animali allevati rapidamente con crescite veloci che non consentono neppure la buona formazione del prodotto. Se non acquisto da Mariagiulia tutte le settimane è solo perché ho ancora nel congelatore una lunga scorta. Suggerisco gli spiedini, i quarti di pollo e le ali...le ali sono supergustose e ricche di carne, a volte meglio delle cosce! La carne è semplicemente "diversa" da quella che si acquista in una qualunque altra macelleria: i salumi sono favolosi, le salsicce e le costicine ... sono solo da provare! Andando direttamente in Azienda a Rustega (sono comunque presenti anche in vari mercati) ci si rende conto di cosa voglia dire chilometro zero e carne di ottima qualità. Cortesia e simpatia fanno parte del pacchetto e coronano un'attività che, si vede e si sente, è gestita con entusiasmo e competenza. Assolutamente da provare!!! Aggiornamento 2021 Il rinnovamento dei locali ha aggiumto quel tocco che comunque non mancava, ma ora l'ambiente è ancora piu caldo ed accogliente!
