We had lunch on a Sunday at this farm and I felt like I was at home..a family run farm that delights the palates of many people..the food was all the result of the various farms present..to return for sure..super recommended !!

Fiori di zucca fritti stucchevolmente oliosi ma soprattutto pasta talmente scotta da sembrare poltiglia in bocca. Below average. Homemade yes. But it does not mean that it should be prepared superficially. Pumpkin flowers fried sweetly but above all so overcooked pasta that it looks like mush in the mouth.

A colpirci subito, oltre all'originale semplicità dell'agriturismo, è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità della famiglia Sgobba e dei loro collaboratori sempre pronti a dispensare un sorriso e a mantenere quel clima di ambiente familiare. Non appena seduti abbiamo potuto assaporare un sublime antipasto fatto da prodotti a km 0. Buonissimi gli affettati e che dire delle mozzarelle con quel sapore genuino (non ricordo di averne assaggiate di così buone in nessun altro posto). Ricottine, scamorze e tante altre prelibatezze impreziosiscono l' antipasto casereccio. Noi abbiamo anche assaggiato "la porchetta" e dire che sia squisita è poco. Tutto davvero ottimo ....... ci torneremo sicuramente. The farm is located a few kilometers from Castellana Grotte and is ideal if you want to visit the famous caves, perhaps after having enjoyed an excellent Sunday lunch. What struck us immediately, in addition to the original simplicity of the farmhouse, was the kindness and helpfulness of the Sgobba family and their collaborators, always ready to spread a smile and maintain that family atmosphere. As soon as we sat down we were able to savor a sublime appetizer made from 0 km products. The cold cuts are delicious and what about the mozzarella with that genuine flavor (I don't remember having tasted such good in any other place). Ricottine, scamorze and many other delicacies embellish the homemade appetizer. We have also tasted "the porchetta" and to say that it is delicious is not enough. All really great ....... we will definitely be back.
