I have a small house in Casentino, today my parents are enthusiastic about a package of eggs, Casentino egg. Grandiiiii braviiiiii buonaeeee! I live somewhere else and finding Casentino on the plate with my mother who praises the goodness and the true color of the yolk is priceless.
