Le materie prime sono di assoluta qualità e tutte di produzione propria. Consigliatissimo !! A very pleasant discovery! F	Francesco Vale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda molto bella e ben strutturata, per quanto riguarda la parte didattica per i bambini a parer mio devono rivedere qualcosa, le spiegazioni e gli argomenti nn sono per bambini di 4 5 6 anni ma bensì per ragazzi un pò più grandi, i prodotti sono buoni ma il prezzo mi sembra oltre la media,a differenza dalla famiglia che è stata accogliente e gentile.Nn sono rimasto molto soddisfatto . Very nice and well-structured company, as regards the didactic part for children in my opinion they need to revise something, the explanations and arguments are not for 4 5 6 years old children but rather for older kids, the products are good but the price seems to me beyond the average, unlike the family who was welcoming and kind. I was not very satisfied.

Da segnalare in particolare l'allevamento del suino nero macchiaiolo maremmano razza protetta la cui sopravvivenza è stata garantita proprio dal "poggiolino". Gli animali vivono in un "hotel 5 stelle" all'interno della splendida tenuta. Al momento non è possibile pernottare, si stanno organizzando nel ristrutturare il casolare e permettere in futuro anche questo servizio. La tenuta è aperta per adesso solo tramite visite culinarie guidate dove è possibile anche acquistare i prodotti. A montemurlo in via scarpettini hanno il negozio dei prodotti. Sono Sempre presenti a tutte le fiere enogastronomiche del territorio. I loro prodotti, in particolare la carne di suino macchiaiolo, è già presente nei migliori ristoranti. Giulia e suo padre disponibilissimi ci hanno fatto vedere i maialini , grandi e piccoli , loro allevamento ecc raccontandoci la loro avventura e loro passione . È un posto curato , professionale e con grande riguardo per gli animali . Alla fine un buonissimo pranzo con tanto di focaccine appena sfornate, salumi , vino, olio nuovo e dolci . Consiglio vivamente . Ne vale la pena . Adatto anche ai bambini. We spent a pleasant and fun afternoon at the Il Poggiolino farm in MontemurloMontemurlo. Giulia and her very available father showed us the pigs, big and small, their breeding, etc., telling us about their adventure and their passion. With that comes best in the world prosciutto, bar none. Neither Parma nor Jamon can compete with it. The hosts are very hospitable and nice and do guided visits with a tasting on the weekends.
