It was a great experience, we phoned for more information and Mr. Paris even met us and showed the company in all its glory, and made us taste unique flavors. It is really nice that there are professionals so proud of their product that it is the true white fig of the Cilento! Organic products, so super recommended and absolutely worth trying their liquor.

Sono nata a Eboli ma non ero a conoscenza della DOP fico bianco del Cilento, esaudire un desiderio mi ha permesso di conoscere questa prelibatezza. L'azienda agricola si trova nel parco del Cilento. Il titolare, il Sig. Ruocco, è una persona paziente, disponibile con una grossa passione e amore per un frutto che da sempre ha fatto parte della sua vita perché coltivato e trasformato come da tradizione della famiglia. Sono diverse le preparazioni con il fico bianco dell'azienda quindi non solo essiccato o il classico ricoperto di cioccolato con la mandorla ma anche un distillato, dei baci, marmellate, panettoni, crostata, dolcetti, una confettura con fichi e sherry. La varietà dei prodotti proposti è notevole, la qualità eccelsa. Da qualche mese è possibile acquistare i prodotti presso il negozio nel centro di Agropoli. L'azienda merita una visita anche per la bellissima posizione e per il paesaggio ma, se non avete tempo, il negozio vi darà la possibilità di provare queste specialità. The owner, Mr. Ruocco, is a patient person, available with a great passion and love for a fruit that has always been part of his life because it is cultivated and transformed as per family tradition. There are several preparations with the company's white fig therefore not only dried or the classic chocolate coated with almond but also a distillate, kisses, jams, panettone, tart, sweets, a jam with figs and sherry. The variety of products offered is remarkable, the quality excellent. For some months now it has been possible to buy the products at the shop in the center of Agropoli. The company is also worth a visit for its beautiful location and landscape, but if you don't have time, the shop will give you the opportunity to try these specialties.
