In vacanza in Sicilia con mia moglie,ci ha invitato a raccogliere un po' di olive nella sua tenuta spiegandoci con pazienza e nei dettagli il processo e poi , sotto la sua guida,abbiam portato le olive in un frantoio di sua fiducia per fare l'olio ed anche la' ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli; alla fine ,' gran finale': pic nic nella sua tenuta con prodotti favolosi e locali come formaggi ,pomodori secchi sott'olio e vino rosso.Il massimo. Un esperienza fantastica ed una professionalita' e cortesia ai massimi livelli. Grazie ancora.
 The experience with Mr. Corrado was one of the most beautiful of our life: professional, courteous and tailored to our needs. On holiday in Sicily with my wife, he invited us to pick some olives on his estate, explaining the process with patience and in detail and then, under his guidance, we took the olives to a mill he trusted to make the 'oil and also there' explained everything to us in detail; at the end, 'grand finale': picnic on his estate with fabulous local products such as cheeses, dried tomatoes in oil and red wine. A fantastic experience and a professionalism and courtesy at the highest levels. Thanks again.
