Reibungslose Abwicklung beim Einchecken und klare Einweisung in das Haus und andere Gegebenheiten, wie z.B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Pool ist super und wird durch den Besitzer ständig gereinigt und gepflegt. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit gesicherter Parkmöglichkeit. Eigentlich klar 5 Sterne, aber die in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft gelegene kleine Geflügelzucht eines Liebhabers mit mehreren krähenden Hähnen in den frühen Morgenstunden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da dies schon 2017 im Gästebuch einen Eintrag wert war, scheint das Problemchen dauerhaft zu bestehen. Die Nähe der Autostrada dagegen nimmt man lärmtechnisch gar nicht wahr. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Dennoch empfehle ich das Haus unbedingt weiter. Es liegt ideal für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Livorno oder Florenz. Rented the upper floor of the house. Very well equipped with everything you need.
